Terry Meyer, Broker Associate Intero Co-Founder, President, Associate Broker for Los Gatos & Saratoga Offices, General Manager of Intero’s Commercial Division
For nearly 40 years, Terry has acquired an extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and has worked full-time representing buyers and sellers with the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area and the Monterey Peninsula.
Since founding Intero in 2002, Terry’s primary focus has been to grow the organization by recruiting talented, professional real estate agents looking to cultivate their business. He has a passion for assisting new agents who have chosen real estate sales as a career path. His goal is to teach, mentor, and coach agents while sharing the knowledge he has acquired over the years. Terry strives to create and maintain a culture that supports the agents and staff while emphasizing a family-like environment.
Terry currently holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker’s License (CA License #00921029), a GRI® designation (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), and a CRS® designation (Certified Residential Specialist). He graduated from Campbell High School and attended San Jose State University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree.
