A great value proposition may highlight what makes you different from competitors, but it should always focus on how customers define your value. If you haven’t spent any time thinking about what your value proposition is… you should. Ask yourself these 2 simple questions in helping you zero in on your value proposition:
- What do you do that differentiates you from your competition?
- What does your customer say about their experience in working with you that would make them refer you to their friends and family?
