This Friday, I want to wish each one of you a safe and happy 4th of July, holiday weekend. Perhaps you are hosting a BBQ or will be attending a fun get together surrounded by friends and family. Inevitably, these are the times when someone will approach you and ask, “So, how’s the market?”
This is your time to demonstrate your value as a trusted real estate advisor. You know the market because you study trends, statistics and know the regulations of local municipalities. Being knowledgeable about statistics and market trends can also give you more confidence in seeking out new customers. When you have a deep understanding of the real estate market, you can speak confidently about current trends and provide valuable insights to potential clients. This can help you establish yourself as a trusted advisor and build credibility with potential clients, making it more likely that they will choose to work with you. Additionally, having this knowledge can help you better understand your clients’ needs and preferences, allowing you to tailor your services to meet their specific requirements. So, study up on statistics and market trends so that you can have an edge in seeking out new customers over a beer and a hot dog.
Cheers!
