When we founded Intero Real Estate Services, our mission extended beyond just real estate—we wanted to build something meaningful that would leave a lasting legacy in the communities we serve. That’s why we created The Intero Foundation, a philanthropic arm driven by the simple belief that giving back is not only the right thing to do, it’s part of who we are.
As the current CEO of the Foundation, I’ve had the privilege of watching our agents and staff rally around a cause that goes far beyond buying and selling homes. Together, we’ve raised millions of dollars, funding countless nonprofits across Northern California that serve children and families in need. And every time I see one of our grants in action—whether it’s a new after-school program, a youth shelter, or mental health services—I’m reminded of the incredible impact a generous community can make.
But philanthropy is more than writing checks. It’s a mindset—a commitment to do good, consistently and intentionally. And in today’s world, where social challenges are complex and widespread, that mindset is more powerful than ever.
